Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Address Responsibility
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping details — including street name, house or apartment number, city, state, postal/ZIP code, and contact information — are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
Huda Beauty is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 7 business days after order processing.
Tracking information may take 5 to 10 business days to become active due to international transit procedures.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is between 10 and 20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
5. International Fulfillment
Our products are sourced from certified suppliers located in Europe and Asia.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on warehouse availability. Separate tracking numbers may be issued for each shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages
The postal carrier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at the nearest postal office for up to 7 consecutive days.
If the package is not claimed within this timeframe, it will be returned to the sender.
In such cases, a reshipping fee of $15 will apply.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer:
- No refund will be issued for shipping costs;
- No additional delivery attempts will be made to the same address;
- A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
Huda Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in tracking and investigating delayed shipments when possible.
10. Agreement to Shipping Terms
