Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Huda Beauty (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We offer a 30-day return window. Customers may request a return within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.
1. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and unused;
- The product must remain sealed in its original packaging;
- The item must be in the same condition as received;
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Due to hygiene, health, and safety standards applicable to cosmetic and skincare products, items that have been opened, tested, or used are strictly non-returnable.
2. Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior authorization.
To initiate a return request, customers must contact our official support team at support@hudabeautyofficial.com.
If the return is approved, detailed instructions and the authorized return address will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of:
- The product received;
- The packaging condition;
- The shipping label.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used beauty or skincare products;
- Promotional or discounted items;
- Gift cards;
- Limited edition or exclusive collections;
- Bundles or sets sold as a package.
5. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to obtain a different product is to return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order separately.
6. European Union – Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receipt, without providing justification.
Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
7. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
